The Upper Barn

Once renovations are finished, this area will be complete with added windows and doors for more natural lighting to enter, new light fixtures to elevate the space, and some fresh white paint to really brighten it up. It has 1500 square feet - so plenty of room for indoor ceremonies and reception dancing. It would also be a perfect spot for small, intimate dinners.

The Courtyard

The Courtyard may just be Selmer + Stone's favorite space. We can't help but picture a warm, summer evening spent in this area. Imagine hanging twinkle lights, fam and friends conversing at long dinner tables, yummy food + drinks - truly sounds like a dream wedding dinner! With the renovations we are adding fresh pavers, plants, and hanging lights to elevate this space. This area could be used for your ceremony, cocktails + dinner, and dancing the night away.  

The Pavillion

Want to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about unpredictable weather? The Pavilion provides couples with the outdoor feel while being covered so it makes it the perfect spot for any covered events. 

The Lower Barn

This area will have two getting ready suites, as well as an additional area for vendors. Both getting ready suites will be well equipped for you and your people to comfortably prep for your day. 

The Meadow

An intimate spot nestled in a field of lush, golden grasses - the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. Perhaps you'd like to switch things up and host your cocktail hour, dinner and/or dancing out in this area. It's a versatile space, tucked away yet near all the other amenities.
